Frederic Wehrey is an American scholar of Middle East affairs and an expert on Libyan and Gulf politics.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Frederic Wehrey )〕 He is a Senior Associate at the Middle East Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
